GBAS: Ground Based Augmentation System

(Ground Based Augmentation System) is a local augmentation system that provides differential corrections and integrity monitoring of the data from the GNSS system used as a reference, currently GPS and GLONASS, based on the processing of the signal received from the same GNSS system by reference antennas, usually located at the airport.
